About the Author

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso is a fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism who has pioneered the introduction of modern Buddhism into contemporary society. He has also founded over 1200 Kadampa Buddhist Centers and groups throughout the world.

The key to fulfillment.

This book does wonders for your life by giving you access to an inexhaustible fuel source, that will help you create massive abundance in your life -- from the inside out. At least, that has been my experience.

About 2 years ago, I started down the road of "achievement & success" with Tony Robbins as my fuel and motivator. This was going well for a while, but I couldn't help but feel a bit of a shallowness some time down the road. Then, something spectacular happened -- I bumped into eastern philosophy/religion.

Having no previous spiritual beliefs because of my highly logical/scientific nature, I dismissed all esoteric/religious systems and beliefs as vehicles of control created by those in power, long ago.

Then, I came across an amazing documentary, "What The Bleep Do We Know?" This introduced me to quantum physics and the power of thought. This was a bridge from science to the tip of the spiritual iceberg. Later, this was further supported by Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth".

That ended up leading me into a deep fascination and study of Buddhism & Taoism. I was drawn to these mainly because of their freedom and philosophical nature. Unfortunately, this only made the shallow feeling in my heart grow.

Now, I was finally conscious of where this came from. All of my desires revolved around a "me," which didn't really exist independent of all else in existence. This ended up leaving my in limbo (or, spiritual winter, as some call it) for some months to come. I had no desire and no worries, but also, no life in me.

This book helped me get out of that. By shifting my focus from "me" to "we" by using the tools in this book, I have made a real and powerful shift, that has cleared up so much confusion, unhappiness, and shallowness in my life.

Now, my life is flowering faster and faster with more color, beauty, and joy.

That has been my experience. I hope my story will be of benefit.

This is one of the most important Buddhist texts I have ever read! Every sentence is full of meaning. I use it every evening in my meditation. If I could realize everything in this book before I die, my life would be truly meaningful.

Best information on psychokinesis!

If you want to understand psychokinesis/telekinesis and how to develop your own skills, then Psychokinesis The way of the Psion, is the book to get. This book does not waste your time with a lot of fluff. There are exercises and examples, which are clear and easy to follow, as well as demonstrations to be found on online. What I enjoyed most, is that it reads like a peek into a personal journal. This is an honest account of someones spiritual journey, and I was surprised by how much of myself I saw in this story. If you are interested in this phenomenon, and you're willing to put some training time in; then I say from experience that you can learn this:)

It has a lot of information on how to do psychokinesis. It is written by a guy that has actually tried to do it himself. Too many others are written by skeptics who haven't done anything like this and can't tell you how. This guy knows what he is talking about.

Title is misleading: Should be called "Testimony of a Very Hard-Headed Man."

This book is mostly the personal testimony of the author, as well as his observations of others lives. How all our lives are shaped by our upbringing; how our fathers treat us, and how well they represent God to us as children.
Mr. frost was a tough fishing boat captain, turned teacher and evangelist, who lived by the "Love of Law" rather than the Law of Love, and he was a workaholic; never home, and when he was, did not know how to express love to his wife and children. The book describes how, through several powerful loving encounters with God, was transformed by the Father's love. What amazed me about his life, was how long I took for this transformation to "stick." He continually reverted back to his authoritarian ways, and had to eventually be transformed again.
Overall, I was disappointed with the book, because it dealt more with the author's personal struggles to escape the baggage of a strict, unloving childhood, and his own rigid, performance-based way of life. That this struggle took so long made me want to slap some sense into the guy. Very little time was spent actually describing "the embrace of a loving God."

Jack reveals much about his own life and his dereams for all mankind.
